Treat the specialisation and the licensing pathway as two separate decisions: pick Ocular Disease or Glaucoma because the clinical work interests you, then separately confirm, through the GOC for the UK or your target province's college for Canada, exactly what an Indian trained optometrist needs to do to actually practise.
