Six years of nursing experience is enough to move toward a senior role, but which master's actually helps depends on whether you want to remain clinically hands on or move into management.

MSc Advanced Clinical Practice: The Clinical Senior Track

Registration Comes Before the Master's Helps

My Advice

In my experience, nurses often choose Advanced Clinical Practice by default without checking whether they actually want less patient contact and more staff management, which is really what a leadership-track master's delivers. Decide clinical versus management first, confirm your NMC registration pathway second, and only then pick the specific MSc pathway.
