My Advice

For AI and ML specifically, the university's research groups, lab access, and industry partnerships can matter more to your first job than an extra six months on the post-study permit. If your German bachelor's-level German is close to zero and you are not willing to study it seriously, Ireland's English-only environment is the safer bet regardless of the tuition savings Germany offers.
