What is the job guarantee after completing the course abroad in UK/Ireland for a Master's?
There is no job guarantee after completing your master's in the UK or Ireland. Employment depends on your skills, field of study, experience, networking, and the job market.
- UK: The Graduate Route allows you to stay and work (or look for work) for up to 18 months after a master's, with no minimum salary or sponsorship required. This policy is subject to change for future intakes.
- Ireland: The Third Level Graduate Scheme lets you stay and work full-time for up to 24 months after a master's, also without needing a job offer.
These post-study work visas (PSW) give you time to find employment, but securing a job is not guaranteed.
