You’ll need to prepare these key documents for your study abroad application:

- Valid passport (at least six months’ validity after your intended stay)
- Academic transcripts and degree certificates (10th, 12th, and undergraduate)
- Equivalency certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education if your degree is from outside the UAE
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) outlining your background and goals
- 2-3 Letters of Recommendation (LORs) from professors or employers
- Resume/CV with education and work history
- English language test scores (IELTS, TOEFL, or EmSAT, if required)
- Proof of funds (bank statements, loan letters, or affidavits)
- Passport-sized photographs (as per requirements)
- Medical certificate (if required)
- Application fee payment receipt (if applicable)

Some universities may also request employer approvals, criminal record certificates, or vaccination records.
