What are the visa chances if I apply for a second masters degree in Canada?

It depends. Applying for a second master's degree in Canada can make your study permit application more challenging.
Visa officers will closely review your study plan to ensure the new program is necessary for your career and not just a way to extend your stay. If you have already used a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) after your first master's, you cannot get a second PGWP for another master's program.
Approval rates for second master's visas are generally lower. To improve your chances, submit a strong Statement of Purpose explaining the need for a second master's, provide clear financial proof, and show strong ties to India.
