Yes, you can apply for a UK Student visa for a bachelor’s or MBA program if you have an unconditional offer from a licensed UK university and meet the English language and financial requirements.

After completing your degree, you may be eligible for the Graduate visa (post-study work visa, or PSW):
- Duration: 2 years if you apply by 31 December 2026; 18 months if you apply on or after 1 January 2027 (subject to change).
- PhD graduates: 3 years regardless of application date.
- Work rights: You can work in most jobs or be self-employed.
