To study a master's in the USA, you’ll need an F-1 student visa. The main steps are:
- Get admission to a SEVP-approved university and receive your Form I-20.
- Pay the SEVIS I-901 fee (currently $350; subject to change).
- Complete the DS-160 visa application form online and print the confirmation page.
- Pay the visa application (MRV) fee (currently $185; subject to change).
- Schedule and attend your visa interview at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
