France and the Netherlands both offer a wide range of master's programs taught in English, making them accessible to international students.

- France: Over 1,600 programs are available in English across fields like Business, Engineering, Sciences, Health, Humanities, and more. Some programs may require French proficiency, especially if not fully taught in English.
- Netherlands: More than 1,000 English-taught master's programs are offered by 45 universities. Some courses may require Dutch, but most international programs are in English.

Both countries provide post-study work visas: France offers a 12-month "Autorisation Provisoire de Séjour (APS)," and the Netherlands offers a one-year "Orientation Year" (zoekjaar) visa.
