There is no fixed minimum SGPA or CGPA for fully funded colleges in the USA, but a strong academic record is important. Most fully funded scholarships and assistantships prefer a CGPA of 7.5 - 8.0 out of 10 (about 3.0 - 3.5 on a 4.0 scale) or higher.

Some programs consider your overall profile, so a slightly lower CGPA can still be acceptable if you have strong test scores, relevant experience, or leadership qualities. A higher CGPA improves your chances, but fully funded opportunities often look at your complete application.

If your CGPA is around 7.2, you can still qualify by strengthening other parts of your profile.
