My Advice

Do not choose two years assuming it buys you more time on the Graduate Route; it does not, and the rule change from 1 January 2027 applies equally regardless of course length. If you are genuinely switching careers rather than deepening an existing one, the extra year's placement can still be worth it, but weigh that carefully against total cost, not against visa length alone.
