Start researching Skilled Worker sponsors well before the midpoint of your Graduate visa validity, not after. Sponsor licence checks and salary threshold requirements can take employers months to sort out on their end, so the students who treat their Graduate visa as active job search time from week one, rather than a two year holiday, are the ones who successfully convert it into long term status.
