Is three years of prior work experience required before pursuing an MBA abroad, specifically for Dubai?

No, three years of prior work experience is not always required to pursue an MBA in Dubai.
Many universities in Dubai offer MBA programs that accept fresh graduates without any work experience. Some programs, especially Executive MBAs or specialized tracks, may require 2-3 years of work experience, but this is not universal.
You can apply to several MBA programs in Dubai directly after graduation.
