Is it possible to pay only the tuition fee after scholarship and pay the remaining amount for living expenses in UK?
Yes, you can pay only the reduced tuition fees after your scholarship is applied, and separately cover the required living expenses.
For a UK Student visa, you must show proof of funds for:
- Remaining tuition fees (after subtracting your scholarship)
- Living expenses: typically £1,334/month (outside London) or £1,652/month (in London), up to 9 months
These funds must be in your bank account for at least 28 consecutive days before your visa application. The living expenses requirement is subject to change.
