It is generally a normal and well-established process to convert a UK post-study work visa (Graduate Route) into a work visa, such as the Skilled Worker visa. Many Indian students successfully make this transition.

The main requirement is to secure a job offer from a UK employer who is a licensed sponsor, and the role must meet the skill and salary criteria set by the UK Home Office. Challenges may arise if you do not find a suitable job or if the employer is not licensed.

If you need support during this transition, your Leap counsellor can guide you through the process.
