Yes, once you receive Canadian permanent residency (PR) through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), you are legally allowed to live and work anywhere in Canada.
However, PNPs are intended for candidates who genuinely plan to settle in the nominating province. Moving to another province immediately after getting PR could raise questions about your original intent and may impact future immigration processes, such as citizenship applications.
