If I do not get a job in Dubai, what would be the situation regarding my stay and finances in UAE?

If you do not secure a job in Dubai, you must leave the UAE before your visa expires to avoid legal and financial issues.

- Overstaying your visa results in a fine of AED 50/day, starting immediately after your permitted stay ends.
- For example, overstaying by 10 days would cost AED 500 in fines.

To avoid these penalties, plan to depart the UAE before your visa expires if employment is not secured. If you need further guidance, please contact your LeapScholar counsellor.
