Your MRV fee receipt is generated automatically inside your portal profile, even if you never got an email. You just need to log back in and pull it out. You do not need a fancy formatted receipt at the embassy gate, a clean printout showing the 12-digit code or your appointment confirmation page is perfectly acceptable.
