A BCom actually maps cleanly onto EMBA areas such as finance leadership, accounting, operations and general management, so your degree is unlikely to be the deciding factor either way.

My Advice

My honest read is that most Indian professionals overthink the India versus UAE question when the real driver is where your employer or industry is headquartered. If you are already working in the UAE, or your next 2 promotions realistically sit there, the UAE EMBA pays back faster even at a higher fee, because the network you build sits exactly where you will use it. If you are unsure, ask 3 or 4 recent graduates of your shortlisted program where they ended up working within a year of finishing, and let that answer guide you more than the school's ranking.
