Yes, Singapore offers a stay-back option after studies through the Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP). This allows you to stay in Singapore for up to 12 months after graduation to search for a job.
You cannot work during this period unless you secure employment. Once you have a job offer, your employer can apply for a work pass (such as the Employment Pass or S Pass) so you can work legally.
