Yes, Ireland offers spouse entry and work opportunities, but your spouse’s work rights depend on your type of employment permit.

- Critical Skills Employment Permit: Spouses can work in Ireland without a separate permit. They receive Stamp 1G, allowing immediate work rights.
- General or Intra-Company Transfer Employment Permit: Spouses are usually granted Stamp 3, which does not permit work. They must apply separately for a Dependant/Partner/Spouse Employment Permit to work.
