Can I settle in the UK and get a job or work visa after completing my course?
04 Jun 2026 · Answered by Shairal Pathak · 1 min read
After your UK master’s, you can stay and work for up to 18 months on the Graduate Visa if you finish your course from January 2027 onwards. This visa lets you gain UK work experience. If you secure a job with a licensed sponsor during this period, you can switch to a Skilled Worker Visa, which is a possible path toward settlement in the UK. Planning ahead is key for long-term stay.
