Before comparing Dubai against the UK, check something more basic first: whether the specific MBA you're targeting even admits fresh graduates. Many MBAs, in both countries, are still designed around candidates who already have a few years of work experience.

Why an MBA May Not Even Be the Right Degree Yet

Traditional MBAs assume experience: with zero years, an MSc in Management, Business Analytics or Finance can sometimes be the more natural first postgraduate degree.
Compare total cost, not tuition alone: add accommodation, food, transport, visa, insurance and flights before deciding a cheaper Dubai tuition figure actually saves money overall.
UK students need proof of funds too: currently 1,529 pounds a month in London or 1,171 pounds a month outside London, for up to nine months, on top of tuition.

My Advice

If your priority genuinely is lowest cost plus starting immediately plus staying close to India, investigate Dubai seriously, but don't sign up for the first MBA that accepts you. As a backup, if you later decide you want structured post-study work rights and international recruiting exposure, the UK's Graduate visa route is worth keeping open, just budget for the higher upfront cost. Before paying any deposit, compare three to five specific universities in each country rather than treating this as one binary choice.
