No, the UK two-year Graduate Visa (post-study work visa) cannot be extended.

Once it expires, you must either leave the UK or switch to another visa category, such as the Skilled Worker visa, before your Graduate Visa ends if you want to stay and work longer. The Graduate Visa does not lead directly to settlement.
