Yes, after completing your first course and using the post-study work visa (Graduate Route) in the UK, you can apply for another degree.

To do this, your new course must show academic progression - typically, it should be at a higher level than your previous qualification or closely related to your field. You’ll need an unconditional offer from a licensed UK institution and a new Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
