You do not need to immediately start an internship or secure employment after finishing your studies in Singapore. You can apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), which allows you to stay in Singapore for up to 12 months to search for a job. Note that you cannot work while on the LTVP until you receive a job offer and your employer obtains the appropriate work pass for you.
