After completing my master's in Singapore, if I work there for three or six years, do I get a tuition fee refund or subsidy?

No, working in Singapore for three or six years after your master's does not entitle you to a tuition fee refund or additional subsidy.

If you accept the Tuition Grant Scheme as an international student, you must work full-time in Singapore for three years after graduation to fulfill your bond. This is a contractual obligation, not a path to reimbursement - there is no refund or further subsidy for your tuition fees after completing the required work period.
