After completing my masters, can I stay back in that country and work in my preferred role, such as dental surgery in UK?

Yes, after your master's in the UK, you can stay and work under the Graduate Visa (post-study work visa). This allows you to remain in the UK for up to 18 months (for master's graduates) starting from 1 January 2027.

To work as a dental surgeon, you must register with the General Dental Council (GDC), which requires passing the Overseas Registration Exam (ORE) and meeting other GDC criteria. This process can take time, so begin preparations early.

Visa rules and eligibility are subject to change.
