It depends on the country where you complete your MBA in HR.

- UK: Yes, you are typically eligible for a post-study work visa (Graduate Visa), which currently allows you to stay and work in the UK for up to 2 years after graduation. From January 1, 2027, this duration will change to 18 months for master's graduates. You must apply before your student visa expires and meet all eligibility requirements.

- UAE: No, the UAE does not offer a direct post-study work visa. To work after your MBA, you usually need a job offer from a UAE employer who will sponsor your work visa. Alternatively, you can apply for a Job Seeker Visa, which allows a short stay to search for employment.

Visa rules and durations are subject to change. For personalized guidance, please connect with your LeapScholar counsellor.
