    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    My daily routine usually is very different, but something, even if it is different, that's something that I always include in my routine is skin care. Growing up, I had a very clear skin, but when I joined my college, my skin started to break out a lot and that really made me unconfident. I got various treatments for it, but nothing really worked out. I used to take a lot of skin gummies and hair gummies. I used to apply a lot of ointments, but nothing really worked out. Moreover, my skin started to look worse. When I turned 21, during the final semester of my college, I tried this one ointment that's called Cretinoin and that's when I realized that my skin started to get better because I was following the proper skin care routine. I made sure that I do my skin care in my everyday routine. I really enjoy doing it because now when I see my skin progressing a lot, it has been much better ever since I've been doing skin care regularly. I usually do it in my room because all of my skin care products are in my room. Sometimes, I take help from my mom to apply the skin packs and stuff. Sometimes, my mom also joins with me for skin care. Otherwise, I have two different routines. I do it in the morning and in the night. My routine in the morning is a bit different than the night. It's just the addition and subtraction of the quantity of products. It's the skin care that I really enjoy the most.

    Daily routine that I enjoy the most is after my work, having a dinner and watching a movie or a podcast. So usually me and my girlfriend cook together a delicious dish and we enjoy having it in front of a screen. Where we watch our favorite movies. So we usually do it at our home, at my place. And sometimes we go out to a shopping mall to watch a movie together and have a dinner over there and end up watching a movie at a big screen. So this is the best part of my daily routine and why I enjoy this hobby the most is because I am a great foodie. I love having great varieties of food. Furthermore, I love watching movies and me and my girlfriend share different movies together. And watching these movies together, it's related to our daily life, daily life challenges, daily life. So it relates to our daily life. So that's why we watch together and we enjoy it the most.

    A daily routine which I enjoy doing the most is meditation. Meditation has changed my life only for good. It helped me reach a state of calmness and peace. I had anxiety issues before but after I started doing meditation I had a control over my mind. Initially it was difficult to do meditation because when I close my eyes my mind used to ponder, think other things and all but later after a certain period of time I started to focus and now I could meditate for more than 30 minutes which I think is a very good job. I recommend doing meditation for everyone because it helps to relieve stress, helps you to focus more and it gives you peace, stability, calmness. The best time to do meditation I would say will be early morning or late evening.

    So, the daily routine which I really enjoy is my regular routine of going to college and then my daily regular activities. Firstly, I get up in morning around the time of 7 to 7.30 and immediately after getting up I stay at Nutritious, walking before I get fresh and then I take a bath with cold water which helps me to get relaxed and which helps me to energize and helps to get away from the sleepy situation and then I had a nice breakfast and then I take my bus and went to the institution and I enjoy taking lessons there, meeting with my friends, gossiping with them, having lunch, eating canteen, doing assignments and then I came to home again at the time of 4.30 where my bus drops me in front of my house and then I relax for a bit before eating some snacks with my grandma and having a cup of tea. After some time I go to gym around the time of 6.30 to 7.30 or sometimes 8 to exercise since I think exercise should be there in your daily routine to keep you really fit and burn out some extra fat and the calories. After that I come back and I take a bath to get the sweat out of me and I think after taking a dinner I have a good sleep and I think this is the daily routine which I really love the most because I am really being productive in it.

    In today's generation, we as individuals hardly get some time to do something which we really love. But somehow after an entire day of doing work and my studies parallelly, I try to keep some time for an activity which will keep me energized and look forward to the next day. This activity is going on a walk with my father after we have dinner together. We do it on a daily basis. After having dinner at around 10 or 10.30pm, we go out for a walk in our residential complex. We walk along the boundaries of it which takes us 15-20 minutes and in those 15-20 minutes, we have a conversation on politics, economics, the way we should save money, the way we should spend it and other topics like what is the new motor vehicle trend which is going on or how we can enhance the things which we already have and we own.

    My daily routine starts like as soon as I get out of my bed I make sure I have one glass of hot water that actually helps clean my gut and later the very important thing that actually I enjoy a lot doing it from my daily routine is meditation for that one hour and I do it all alone but sometimes when my parents are not that busy they accompany me with doing this routine so I take one hour out of my day for meditation and I think it actually unwinds me and transports me to another world that I never imagined so we live in a society where there's so much chaos so much drama happening throughout the day we overburden ourselves and it's very important for a person to meditate to sit in a relaxed position and just be out of this world with no thoughts no worries and just dream about something you are in so for example I dream myself as if I'm sitting in a garden and there's no one surrounded by myself and at days I also feel like I'm sitting at a corner of a river and just listening to the voice of river and it just makes me so relaxed and calm and it actually rejuvenates me for the whole day it gets me ready and actually energizes me for the day that is upcoming and I love that one hour of my day

    Daily routines play a very crucial role in our overall personality development. I know it is really difficult to inculcate some special sort of routines into our daily lives. But recently I have introduced waking up early in the morning and go for morning walk. It has improved my overall health a lot. Apart from that I do it because unfortunately I don't have a great gut health. But by adopting this walking habit into my daily life I am able to improve my gut health. Now I am able to eat whatever I want and it is very well digested by my gut. I still remember earlier whenever I am out with my friends having something scrumptious to eat I always have to resist myself because of my gut health issues. But now I go out and enjoy with them and eat whatever I want. Either it be Chinese or Italian or some street style food. I really enjoyed it a lot and whenever I wake up in the morning I just had a hot cup of water and go for 30-40 minutes walk and boom my gut is completely clear. Moreover by inculcating this habit my skin is feeling very healthy and glowing. Earlier I used to have a lot of pimples on my face because of poor gut health. But now by inculcating this habit into my life I had achieved a glowing and beautiful skin. Apart from that a healthy body. So I will suggest everybody to have atleast one such healthy routine in their lives which will help them to be a better person and moreover increase their overall health a lot. It is a win-win situation because it doesn't have any negative impacts.

    The daily routine I'd like to enjoy most is reading. One routine that I enjoy a lot is reading. I'll try to read every day at least a couple of pages and I don't want to miss any of my day skipping doing this activity. I really like to read in my home itself in my bed to be precise because I feel very comfortable doing it from there. And in the weekends I usually read in the mornings but in the weekdays I try to read in the evenings or a couple of hours before I go to sleep. Because in weekdays I usually don't get much time to do this activity. And I like to furthermore I'd like to improve my skills, my reading skills, my speaking skills through this activity. It gives me a sense of pleasure, clear mind. It helps me to keep my thoughts organized. Reading this, it's a great skill.

    That day was 11th of June, 2024. I went to Pacific Mall in Janakpuri, Subhash Nagar with my best friend and we really enjoyed that day because like when we went for a movie called Suzume and then after that we went for a gaming session. It was amazing. We had so many games to play and then we had our favourite food. His was Burger King Burger and mine was Pizza of Dominoes and after that we went for shopping and we bought a purse for me and a coat for him, a watch for him and we really enjoyed that day because it was so much fun. We did everything that we liked and everything we wanted to do. It was amazing because the person I was with was my favourite person. With him I feel like every day is a nice day but that day we were the most happiest among all the days we spent together.

    My first thing in my routine is basically I have a set alarm at 6 a.m. in the morning. I do have some medications to take in first for my health and then I do a face cleanup, sit down for my meditation at home itself. I have an online class enrolled for myself so I attend that around 7ish and then I grab a cup of coffee and also have my breakfast at the same time. Get ready for work by say 9 o'clock and I'm out of the house by 10. The best part of my entire routine is I get to do things that I like the most. That's my meditation part. It helps me stay focused throughout the day and gives me a good start for the day as well. It sets a tone in for me basically and skincare routine makes me feel more fresh and it's pleasant to always have a skincare routine for day and night. So I do that on a regular basis and on the way I normally have a friend whom I pick up who stays 15 minutes away from my place and then we head to work and I enjoy the best part is doing the meditation and then yeah of course talking to my friend on the way to work discussing things that can stimulate my brain.
