Would the Fulbright and Rhodes scholarships cover my costs as an Indian student studying abroad, and what do they include?
Fulbright typically covers complete tuition, economy airfare, cost of living, health insurance and J-1 visa assistance in the USA. Rhodes covers complete Oxford tuition, an annual living stipend, fees such as the visa and health surcharge, economy flights and a settling-in allowance for master's students.
Both are fully funded. Fulbright covers study in the USA, while the Rhodes Scholarship covers a master's at Oxford University in the UK, and each pays for tuition and much of your living costs.
