It depends. Most UAE universities require proof of English proficiency, usually through a test like IELTS (typical requirement: overall band 6.0 - 6.5). However, some universities may waive this if your bachelor's degree was taught in English.
With your four-year Dentistry degree and 60% marks, you may be eligible for a waiver if your degree was completed in English. If not, you will need to take an English test.
