Will fulfilling the university's English test requirements guarantee no visa issues related to the score in New Zealand?

No, meeting the university's English language requirements does not guarantee your New Zealand student visa will be approved without issues related to your score.
Immigration New Zealand reviews your entire application, including your genuine intention to study, financial stability, health, and character. Even if you satisfy the university's English criteria, the visa officer may assess your English ability separately as part of their overall evaluation.
