Your eligibility with 2 years of experience varies sharply by university, not just by country. Some UK schools explicitly welcome relevant career experience as part of admission; others set a higher bar that your current experience doesn't yet clear, so the shortlist matters more than the country choice here.

UK Picks: Kent, Reading, And Portsmouth Are Realistic With 2 Years' Experience

  • University of Kent: its International Business master's guidance for Indian applicants cites roughly 55 to 60 percent in a recognised bachelor's degree, and its 2026 intake adds a professional-practice placement route.
  • University of Reading: its MSc Business Economics accepts business-related degrees and explicitly welcomes applicants with strong relevant career experience.
  • University of Portsmouth: its International Business and Management MSc accepts a second-class equivalent degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Caution: Goldsmiths currently specifies at least three years of relevant experience for applicants relying on its work-experience route, so your 2 years fall short there.

Poland Options: Warsaw, UMCS, And Kozminski Cost Far Less

University of Warsaw offers English-taught International Business and Global Management master's, with Global Management running 1.5 years. UMCS's English-taught MA Business Management is a 2-year programme with published 2026/27 tuition around 2,600 euros a year, and its admission process includes an interview on motivation and basic management or economics knowledge.

My Advice

Don't assume every university will count your 2 years as equivalent to their stated relevant-experience requirement; Goldsmiths is the clearest example of where that assumption fails. If budget is a real constraint, I'd weigh Poland more seriously than the UK, since UMCS's tuition undercuts most UK options by a wide margin.
