Do not pick a generic MSc Biotechnology title just because it sounds like the natural continuation of your BTech. A BTech Biotechnology plus a generic MSc gives you a fairly similar profile to what you already have; pairing it with Bioprocess Engineering or Pharmaceutical Biotechnology instead gives employers a reason to hire you over a fresh graduate. If you are drawn to data and statistics, Bioinformatics is worth a look too, but only if you are genuinely willing to learn Python and Linux, not because analytics roles are trending.
