My Advice

Match the specialisation to what your four years actually were: device R&D or manufacturing experience points to Medical Devices, imaging or software work points to Biomedical AI, and QA or compliance work points to Regulatory Affairs. One caution on Germany: TUM's Medical Engineering MSc and its separate Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics MSc have different teaching languages, so check the language of instruction before you assume a TUM course is English taught.
