My Advice
In my experience, students choosing between the UK and Germany often treat it as a coin flip, but the honest answer is that Germany rewards German language ability far more than most consultants tell you, even on English-taught courses. If you are not planning to learn German, I would lead with the UK route and treat Germany as the backup rather than the other way around.
