Through the Embassy Track you usually apply via the Korean Embassy in your country, and through the University Track you apply via a participating Korean university. My Advice
Decide which track suits your situation, then read the official GKS guidelines closely, since requirements differ between GKS and university scholarships. Also apply for university-level scholarships as a backup, and keep your documents ready early.
