The most widely accepted English language proficiency test for master's applications in Germany and Ireland is the IELTS Academic. Most universities in both countries accept it for admissions and visa purposes.
Some universities may also accept TOEFL iBT or PTE Academic, but IELTS is typically the preferred and most straightforward choice.
If your previous education was fully in English, you might qualify for an English proficiency waiver with a Medium of Instruction certificate, depending on university policy.
