Ask your target university directly whether it requires IELTS for admission and separately whether the visa route needs a SELT, since the B2 requirement covers reading, writing, listening and speaking individually, not just an overall score. Your strong academic background and work experience help your application stand out, but neither one substitutes for that specific language evidence.
