After completing your master's in Singapore, you must switch from a Student Pass to a work pass to stay and work legally.

- Apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP): Before your Student Pass expires, you can apply for an LTVP, which lets you stay up to 12 months to find a job. You cannot work during this period.
- Secure a job offer: Once you have a job offer, your employer can apply for a work pass for you.
- Work pass types: The main options are the Employment Pass (for professionals, with a minimum monthly salary requirement, subject to change) and the S Pass (for mid-skilled workers with a lower salary threshold).
- Permanent Residency: After working for a few years on a valid work pass, you may be eligible to apply for Permanent Residency.

Start your job search early and ensure you apply for the LTVP before your Student Pass expires to maintain your legal status.
