What is the process for obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college to work while on a student visa in Dubai?
Getting your work NOC in Dubai takes four steps. You confirm a minimum GPA of 2.2 with no financial holds, gather your passport, Emirates ID, and job offer letter, submit through student affairs, and wait three to seven working days before your employer applies for your MoHRE permit.
You can get your NOC through your college's student affairs office in a fairly short window. You do need a clean academic standing and a job or internship offer already in hand.

What Happens After You Get Your NOC
