You should aim for an IELTS Academic score of at least 6.5 for Master's programs in both Italy and Germany.
- Italy: Most English-taught Master's programs require a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 - 6.5.
- Germany: Most English-taught Master's programs require a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 - 7.0.
