Most post-graduate diploma courses in Canada are 1 to 2 years long. Some programs can extend up to 24 months, but the majority fall within this range.

These programs are designed to give specialized skills and may improve career options or lead to further study. After completing a post-graduate diploma, you may be eligible for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), allowing you to work in Canada for a period similar to your study duration (subject to change).
