- University admission letter (Zulassungsbescheid or conditional offer)
- Academic certificates and transcripts (originals and certified copies)
- APS certificate (mandatory for Indian students)
- Proof of financial resources (blocked account with €11,208, scholarship letter, or formal obligation letter)
- Health insurance (travel insurance for arrival period and proof of German statutory health insurance or intent to enroll)
- Language proficiency proof (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo for English-taught; TestDaF or DSH for German-taught)
- Motivation letter (explaining program choice, background, and career plans)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) (German-style tabular format preferred)
- Visa fee (€75, subject to change)
