What documents are required for the APS application and how to handle missing semester mark sheets for a Bachelor's/Master's?
Yes, you can apply for the APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) certificate with the following documents:
- Completed APS application form
- Passport copy (first and last pages, color)
- Passport-sized photo (recent, biometric)
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates (certified copies)
- Bachelor’s degree certificate or provisional certificate/official university letter (if degree not yet awarded)
- All semester mark sheets/transcripts (certified copies)
- Master’s degree certificate and transcripts (if applicable)
- Proof of APS fee payment (₹18,000, subject to change)
- Student authorization letter (signed)
If you are missing any semester mark sheets, submit a provisional degree certificate (PDC) and attested copies of available semester results from your university. These are accepted by APS until your final mark sheets are issued.
All documents must be in English or have notarized English translations. Only colored A4-sized photocopies are required.
