You will need to prepare a set of documents for both university applications and visa processes. Requirements vary by country and program, but typically include:

- Academic transcripts and certificates from all previous institutions
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) outlining your academic background and goals
- Letters of Recommendation (LORs) from professors or employers (usually 1 - 3)
- English language test scores such as IELTS or TOEFL (IELTS 6.5 - 7.0 is common; subject to change)
- Resume/CV with academic and professional experience
- Valid passport copy

For visa applications, you’ll also need:

- University admission letter or offer
- Completed visa application form
- Visa application fee receipt (amount subject to change)
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Financial documents showing sufficient funds
- Health and police certificates (especially for New Zealand; may vary by country)
- Health insurance (required for the Netherlands and New Zealand)

APS (Academic Performance Statement) is not required for the USA, Netherlands, or New Zealand.

Requirements may change by university or country.
