GMAT Focus rescheduling typically costs USD 55 at a test centre or USD 60 online if you act more than 60 days ahead. It rises to USD 165 or USD 180 within 14 days. Cancellation refunds shrink the same way, and no changes are allowed within 24 hours.

If you need to change your GMAT Focus booking, the fee depends on how far ahead you act. A test centre reschedule typically costs USD 55 (approx INR 5,239) when you act more than 60 days out and rises to USD 165 (approx INR 15,716) within 14 days, with online testing a little higher. You cannot cancel or modify an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

My Advice

Pick your test date only after you know how long you need to prepare. Booking too early and then moving the date is the most common way students end up paying the higher reschedule fees. Decide your slot, and if you must move it, do so more than 60 days ahead.
