To work in Dubai’s healthcare sector, you must secure a work visa through a Dubai-based employer. The typical process includes:

- Job offer and work permit: Your employer applies for your work permit with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
- Entry permit: After approval, you receive an entry permit to legally enter the UAE.
- Medical fitness test: Mandatory screening for communicable diseases after arrival.
- Emirates ID biometrics: Submission of biometric data for your Emirates ID.
- Residence visa stamping: Your employer arranges your residence visa, usually valid for two years.

You’ll also need a professional license from the Dubai Health Authority or relevant authority, and your documents must be attested by Indian and UAE authorities.

Visa requirements and processes are subject to change.
