The two occupation lists you must not confuse
- 482 and 186: use the newer ANZSCO 2022 occupation framework.
- 189, 190 and 491: use the older ANZSCO 2013 framework, so your occupation appearing on one list does not guarantee it appears on the other.

My Advice
Reaching 65 points on the SkillSelect calculator does not guarantee an invitation, since invitations are ranked and competitive, so treat 65 as a minimum floor, not a target. My backup suggestion: if you can secure employer sponsorship, prioritise the 482 to 186 route over the points-tested visas, since it depends less on hitting a competitive points score and more on your employer's willingness to sponsor you.
